Nevada Has Two Places You Need To Visit

Although there are 40 or 50 places that you could visit in Nevada that is absolutely fantastic, if you only have a few days, you need to limit this to just a few. It is recommended that you stay in some of the larger cities, preferably at the lower latitudes of the state, if you want to see why so many people gravitate toward this area. You have probably heard of many of these places, and some of them are not even in the state. It’s just a gateway so that you can get there. Some of these require quite a bit of money, whereas others are inexpensive or free. This is what you need to do when you get there.

Hoover Dam Bypass

This is a unique trip that you can take. If you are in Henderson, or even in Las Vegas, you can get there in under an hour. When you arrive, you will have to turn around on the freeway so that you can take the exit into this attraction. You will be able to park on the left, in a parking lot that is tiered. Keep in mind that it is designed for smaller vehicles. If you have a larger truck, you simply need to cross over the dam to the other side, and then you will be ready to take the tour.

The Strip

If you decide to stay in Vegas, which is what many people do, walking the strip is the best part of this attraction. You can check out the incredibly tall Stratosphere, Circus Circus, the Flamingo and the Tropicana. Planet Hollywood is also another place that you should stop, and there is even a replication of New York City and the Eiffel Tower. It has the effect of an amusement park and even will astound you with waterpark performances that you will see right outside of the Bellagio.

Your trip to Nevada should be filled with outstanding performances you will see at night and beautiful places that you can go hiking. Helicopter rides into the Grand Canyon, and even over Vegas itself, can also be taken. There is so much to do, and as long as you have spending budget that will allow you to do them, you could do this for several months. There is so much to do in this state, especially on the southern end, which is why you should plan your vacation if you can to visit.
