ArtOverture Registration & Subscription Policy

ArtOverture is intended for use by artists to display original works of art. It is not intended to be used as a photo gallery for personal images. Images that are not your own, such as images published in books, magazines, calendars, websites, and other media are generally protected by copyright law and not appropriate for use in ArtOverture. Uploading these kinds of images may result in termination of your account. ArtOverture does not warrant the storage of any images uploaded to our servers. Please maintain your own physical or digital copies as backups.

You can register with ArtOverture and create your portfolio for FREE to first make sure you are happy with the service before subscribing. However, your portfolio will not be visible on the Internet until you subscribe.

Upon selecting a subscription package you agree that you will be billed according to the subscription package you select:

• 1 Year subscription for $59.95
• 3 Month subscription for $19.95 ($79.80 per year)
• 1 Month subscription for $9.95 ($119.40 per year)

Your subscription will automatically renew with the same subscription until cancelled. If you cancel, you will enjoy all of the benefits of ArtOverture until the end of your subscription term; your subscription will not be renewed after that term expires. Cancellation is handled through the PayPal subscription cancellation process on the PayPal.com website. Please see our terms of service before beginning the registration process.
